Andrea Biggs has been painting since she was a young girl.
Her father recognized his daughter’s artistic talent at a young age, and made sure she attended primary and secondary schools with the best art departments.

She received the MFA degree from Bard College’s Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, and has since developed a reputation as a muralist, with projects ranging from midtown Manhattan restaurants and lobbies to residential commissions in private homes throughout the Northeast. She has also worked in Asia and Europe.

In recent years Andrea Biggs has ventured into portraiture, having studied with Daniel Greene, noted artist and teacher, and exhibiting her work in various juried portrait shows in New York and Connecticut.
